Systems built around how a company actually operates, rather than a package the company has to reorganise itself around. Warehousing, production, approvals, reporting.

Systems integration

Connecting platforms that were never designed to talk to each other. ERP, document management, databases and third-party APIs, joined so data is entered once.

Process automation

Manual steps identified, modelled and removed. Approval routing, document generation, scheduled reconciliation and the recurring work that consumes staff time.

Enterprise

MATERA

Manufacturing management, from raw material request through production to sales and invoicing. One record of what a factory holds, consumes and ships.

MATERA tracks the full chain of a manufacturing operation: raw material requests and their approval, raw material warehouse stock, transfer into production, the factory floor, the finished product warehouse, and sales with invoicing. Warehouses, factories, material categories, units and approval flows are configured per client. Access is controlled by role, so each person sees the part of the operation they are responsible for.
