We take a process that currently runs on spreadsheets, email threads and institutional memory, and turn it into software with defined states, roles and records. The client owns the result, and the code is theirs to audit.

Most companies do not need another system; they need the ones they have to stop being islands. We connect ERP platforms, document management, databases and third-party APIs so that data is entered once and read everywhere it is needed. Where a system has no usable interface, we build one.

Process automation and workflow design
Manual steps are identified, modelled and then removed where they add nothing. Approval routing, document generation, scheduled reconciliation, the recurring report someone assembles by hand every Monday. The design work matters as much as the automation: a bad process running automatically is still a bad process.
