LEBATECH builds enterprise software for companies that need a system shaped around their own process, and develops its own portfolio of products. The client work and the products feed each other: the products are where methods get tested at length, and the client work is where they meet the constraints of a real operation.

LEBATECH was built after the shift rather than adapted to it. There is no estate of older systems to keep alive, no process retained because it was standard a decade ago, and no habit defended on the grounds that the work has always been done that way. Methods and tooling are chosen on what holds up today and replaced when something better arrives. The same test applies to what we build for others: technology that removes work rather than adding to it.
